What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese word meaning “spiritually guided life force energy.” It is a non-invasive healing technique in which the client participates in their own healing. Reiki energy allows us to heal physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. This practice is based on the idea that we all have an unseen “life force energy” flowing through our bodies. A Reiki practitioner gently moves his/her hands just above or on the client’s clothed body, helping reduce stress and promote healing by encouraging a healthy flow of energy.
What are the benefits of learning Reiki?
Reiki is very easy to learn and requires no previous experience. One of the best benefits of becoming a Reiki Practitioner is not only that you can help others, but you can easily do sessions on yourself to keep your energy field strong and balanced. With the stress and challenges in the world today, having this ability is a huge asset.

Over time, you will learn from experience that the guidance of Reiki is worthy of your trust. Once you have surrendered completely, you will have entered the Way of Reiki. In the end, we must consider that a Reiki Master is not one who has mastered Reiki, but one who has been mastered by Reiki. This requires that we surrender completely to the spirit of Reiki, allowing it to guide every area of our lives and become our only focus and source of nurturing and sustenance. The Way of Reiki offers itself as a solution to our problems and a path of unlimited potential. May all who would benefit from this path be guided to it.

Are you being called to take your healing practice to the next level? If so, you are invited to join me as I guide you through my favorite class!
I love teaching Reiki level I and II as you learn how to move beyond space-time and access the quantum field to send healing to anyone, even if they are on the other side of the world!
You will be attuned to three symbols, which will amplify the healing energy you bring in. You will learn how to not only send love and light healing to someone who is not in your physical presence but also to send healing energy to past and future events. You will learn the tools to do your deep healing work, illuminating pain into the light.
The style or method of Reiki I is the Usui Reiki Ryoho. There are four levels of Reiki training. Reiki Level I and II are the Practitioner levels; whereas Level Three (Advanced) and Reiki Master Teacher training involves learning advanced practitioner techniques as well as extensive training in how to teach Reiki.
All classes are taught ONLINE in a very relaxed and supportive environment from my home office in Caledon, Ontario. I also provide ongoing mentoring support for all my students, including Reiki Share practice evenings.
Reiki I
In the class, you are attuned to the Reiki energy and taught how to use it. This class includes:
- A Complete Reiki Manual (Hard copy or Digital Copy)
- History and principles of Reiki
- Reiki Attunement Ceremony – Each student experiences a Reiki attunement to connect to the Reiki source
- Reiki, Chakra and the Aura system
- Hand positions for Self Reiki followed by a Self Reiki session
- Hand positions for a Chair Reiki session
- Reiki Guided Meditation
- Video Demonstration of hand positions for table sessions
- Case Studies

Reiki II
In this class, the main focus will be on Enhancing your "Intuition". You will learn advanced techniques and receive a further attunement session to connect you with the three Usui symbols which are used to enhance your Reiki sessions. This class includes:
- Methodologies to help your clients remove emotional and mental blocks
- Reiki Level II attunement session to connect you with the Usui Reiki symbols
- Reiki II power symbols – Description and uses of the three Symbols to enhance and focus the energy, to balance the different layers of the energetic field
- Reiki Distant Healing
- Ignite your Intuition
- Reiki and Empowering Goals
- Reiki and the Archangels
- Certification of Completion

A little about me - I am a Reiki Master, Relationship Mentor and Chakra Healing expert. I specialize in Emotional Well-being and Spiritual Healing through the Chakras. What I value most is the core values in my life which are: freedom of expression, love, courage, peace, family, continuous growth and learning, authenticity, integrity, compassion, and understanding. I have been practicing for almost two decades and have had the immense satisfaction of certifying hundreds of Reiki Practitioners. I teach techniques and practices to use Reiki for everyday life. After being certified in Reiki students feel confident in their ability to use Reiki for personal growth or to start their own professional Reiki business development. As a Reiki Master and an Affiliate member for the International Center for Reiki Training, I certify students in all levels of Reiki from beginners to Advanced and Masters Reiki practitioners.
